Yoga 2019
A new group has been started while our regular Zumba instructor is off on maternity leave. Congrats from everyone by the way. This group will try to learn and engage with some of the stretching and relaxing techniques associated with Yoga. Each individual will attempt to learn some techniques and exercises that help to improve their skills in relaxation, flexability, breathing techniques and body strength/coordination. Looks like this could be very helpful and interesting. Good luck.
