 Swimming  keepfit Gym n Swim 2019 Exercise Swimming

This is the Monday group that does all the training for the charity runs. It's a flat out group that has gradually built up stamina and strength and most importantly some self belief. The other guys join in and are getting used to the feeling of tiredness, exhaustion and recovery. As a couple of them have said, it's knackering but I feel good after. There were a few folks missing on this week but the regular exercise and physical progress is great to see. After a solid hour with a warm up and cool down on the side, it's always a pleasure to wind down in the afternoon with a gentle swim and sauna. Think we need a masseuse or masseur. Well I certainly do. 10K?!? Me calfs.
