Programme Planning 2012

 Although it's not quite 2012 we had our first Program Review and Development meeting. Everyone provides feedback on how the groups have run and who would like to change. Everyone also puts forward their suggestions for new groups or how they think any existing groups should change. Always a good sign I think when almost everyone turns up to vote.
