Queen's Baton Relay
70 Nations and Territories. 190,000 KM. 288 Days.
On Tuesday 17 June the residents of East Lothian are set to witness the arrival of the Queen’s Baton as it travels through the local authority during its journey across the length and breadth of Scotland, with a range of extraordinary batonbearers preparing to take part in the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games’ Queen's Baton Relay. So naturally, we were there. It was great to see John Marshall get a fantastic reception from all the towns folk and carry the torch for Port Seton. Well deserved and accomplished with aplomb.
