Hamper Group 2018 - Lidl Fruit n Veg

The Hamper Group/Fruit n Veg Group/Art Group went nuts today (except there were no nuts involved). We were donated so much fruit and veg from Lidl in Prestonpans it's going to take us two days to make any kind of dent in it. Strawberries, raspberries, cherries, apricots, oranges and loads more are all being turned into jams and chutneys and anything else we can think off for now. Maybe a wee ice cream just to cleanse the palate will get my vote. Have a look at the pictures below and you will get an idea of the boxes and boxes we received and all the hard graft the group has put in. We all managed a strawberry jam sandwich by the end of day one and it was thoroughly deserved. Well done team.
