Games and Social 07 

To be part of this group you must be over 15 yrs of age and you cannot be shy. Even if you are you won't be after your second week. Our aim is to give each person the ability and confidence to interact and participate within our largish group. With both physically and mentally demanding challenges planned by the group, we expect everyone in turn to play a full and central part in the session. With our hyper-relaxed atmosphere and friendly attitude, we might need to start a waiting list for those wishing to join.
